Serves 4
1 large crisp lettuce
250 ml soured cream
salt and pepper
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp vinegar
for the garnish
2 hard-boiled eggs
1. Wash the lettuce, dry thoroughly, and place the leaves in a salad bowl.
2. Mix the sugar, vinegar, and seasoning into the cream and pour over the lettuce.
3. Garnish with the hard boiled eggs.
